Rafael Diaz is a community organizer with Keystone Progress and a founding leader of Lancaster Stands Up. He is currently working in Coatesville, PA as part of an effort to build community power in small towns and rural areas across the state to win economic, racial, and gender justice for all Pennsylvanians.
